Outline of Research at the Start	免疫細胞の機能を調節するヘルパー細胞としての役割を果たすCD4T細胞であるが、近年キラー活性も示す事が報告されている。しかし、その詳細は明らかにされていない。パーフォリンとTNFαのレポーターマウスをゲノム編集法で作製する。これらのマウスとSATB1_cKOマウス、TCRトランスジェニックマウスであるOT-IIマウス、MHCクラスI 欠損マウスを交配する。レポーター発現を指標に、CD4 キラーT細胞を集団として特定する。そのCD4キラーT細胞をRNA-Seq法により解析し、T細胞の機能や分化に関与する遺伝子や転写因子を同定する。本課題ではこのようにしてCD4 キラーT細胞の実態を明らかにする。
