Outline of Research at the Start	新たな遺伝性消化管ポリポーシスとしてGastric adenocarcinoma and proximal polyposis of the stomach（GAPPS）をはじめとした胃ポリポーシス患者から採取した末梢血を用いて樹立する人工多能性幹細胞(induced pluripotent stem cells: iPS細胞)から胃のオルガノイドを作製し、GAPPSにおける胃ポリポーシスの形成機序と胃癌発生機構を明らかにする。本検討によって胃ポリープおよび胃癌発生機構を解明し、それに基づいて胃癌発生リスクを層別化し、GAPPSに対する臨床的な対応法を確立する。
