本研究では、ヒト肝癌組織におけるSGLT2の発現を確認することである。また、SGLT2阻害剤が肝組織および癌の、サイトカインや免疫細胞の変化といった微小環境の変化に与える影響および増殖抑制効果の機序を明らかにすることである。
