Outline of Research at the Start

食道癌の治療効果判定や再発評価は主にCT検査に依存しているが、ctDNAは画像診断に先行して腫瘍量の予測が可能なバイオマーカーとして期待されている。本研究では、進行食道癌患者における手術、放射線療法、サーベイランス、維持療法などの期間におけるctDNAモニタリングの臨床的有用性を評価する。化学療法1サイクル後にctDNAが低下しない予後不良症例を対象に、ctDNAガイド下の治療方針決定群と既存検査による治療方針決定群を比較し、患者予後およびQOL改善の可能性を検討する。
