Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、大規模な免疫チェックポイント阻害薬（ICI）治療を受けた肺がん患者コホートから収集した臨床情報と末梢血マルチオミクスデータを用いて末梢血の分子特性を網羅的に評価し、AIを駆使して患者の「末梢血分子シミュラント」を生成するプラットフォームを構築する。さらに、このプラットフォームを用いて、オミクス全体にわたるバイオマーカーの同定・比較・評価を行うとともに、マルチオミクスデータを用いた縦断的多層ネットワークを構築し、トポロジカルネットワーク伝播解析によるICI治療への応答性と密接に関連するクロスオミクス的な分子機能モジュールを特定する。
