Outline of Research at the Start	NIR-PITは現在再発性・根治不可能な頭頸部癌に対して2020年11月に本邦で保険適応が認められ臨床応用が始まっている。また、食道癌に対するPhase1b/2、進行・再発胃癌に対するPhase1 の臨床治験がすすめられており消化器癌に対する臨床応用も実現しつつある。一方で消化器癌として最も予後不良である膵臓癌に対するNIR-PITの標的特異抗原の検討および治療の有用性・安全性に関する検討は不十分である。そこで申請者はNIR-PIT を内視鏡・腹腔鏡技術と組み合わせることにより、新たな膵臓癌治療体系を確立したい、そして本研究を膵臓癌に対するNIR-PITの臨床応用への第一歩としたい。
