Outline of Research at the Start	近年、胃癌に対する免疫療法の適応が拡大しつつあるが、その奏効率は十分ではなく、治療抵抗性が大きな課題となっている。シングルセルRNAシークエンス（scRNAseq）解析により、腫瘍微小環境（TIME）の高度な不均一性が治療抵抗性に影響を与えることが明らかになっている。また、空間解析技術の発展により、異なる細胞種の相互作用によって形成される「免疫抑制ニッチ」が治療抵抗性に関与する可能性が示唆されている。本研究では、scRNAseq解析に加え、空間トランスクリプトーム解析を統合することで、胃癌の組織型ごとの免疫抑制ニッチを特定し、新たな層別化治療の提案を目指す。
