Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、多発性骨髄腫治療におけるCAR-T細胞療法の不応・耐性機序を血漿中の代謝物・EVsとeffector細胞（CAR-T細胞）の活性低下・適合性変化・疲弊促進との関連にて明らかにする。CAR-T細胞療法の不応・耐性獲得時に採取した患者の血漿の代謝物とEVsを投与前のものと比較し、特定の代謝物とEVsの内包因子を同定する。その機能的意義は、T細胞の代謝エネルギー評価法用いながら、ストローマ細胞と相互作用から探索する。本研究により、CAR-T細胞の活性を抑制する特定の代謝物とEVsの因子が同定しえれば、免疫・細胞療法の耐性克服および効果的な併用療法の開発にも寄与する
