Outline of Research at the Start

我々はすでに、in vivoで高い抗腫瘍活性を示す一方で、体重減少などの副作用がみられない低分子PD-1/PD-L1免疫チェックポイント阻害剤を同定している。この分子の作用機序を完全に解明することにより、in vitroの活性測定系を開発する。この測定系を利用して化合物の構造と活性の相関を明らかにし、抗がん活性増強を目指して構造最適化を行う。最終的に、がん免疫治療薬の開発候補となる化合物を創出することを目的とする。
