Outline of Research at the Start

これまでに、HLA-汎DPをターゲットとする新規CAR-T細胞の作製に成功し、それが多種類のHLA-DP陽性血液がん細胞に対して細胞傷害活性があることを見出した。本研究では、iPS細胞やES細胞由来T細胞を用いて「off-the-shelf（必要なときにすぐに取り出して使用可能な製剤）」の新規抗HLA-汎DP CAR-T細胞の作製法を確立し、それを用いた革新的な血液がん治療法を開発する。
