Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は本邦で行われている中枢型IA期非小細胞肺癌に対する高精度少分割放射線治療の患者データを多施設で登録し、治療効果、有害事象につきその実態を把握することを目的とした多施設共同前向き観察研究である。通常診療下の標準治療として行われている3通りの線量分割・線量制約のいずれかで治療を行う中枢型IA期非小細胞肺癌症例を登録し、治療後は通常診療下での治療・検査を行う。プライマリー・エンドポイントは3年全生存割合、予定登録症例数は81例（3つの線量分割/線量制約に各27例）、研究期間は6年、症例登録期間は3年である。
