Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、マイクロバブルと集束超音波を用いた限局的BBB開口の後に、ドキソルビシン封入アジド化抗PD-L1抗体アルキン脂質修飾リポソームを投与し脳腫瘍モデルでの抗腫瘍効果と正常組織および腫瘍内の薬物動態を組織透明化技術で3次元的に評価することで、安全で有効な薬剤投与法と照射部位設定における問題を解決することを目的として研究を行う。
