Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は白金製剤であるオキサリプラチン（L-OHP）の時間短縮減量投与法の有用性と安全性を評価することである。L-OHPの時間短縮投与法が実地臨床の現場に導入されれば
① L-OHPの用量規制因子となっている末梢神経障害（しびれ）の緩和
② 患者の病院滞在時間が短縮（時間毒性の軽減）
③ 医療費 (薬剤費) の節約
に寄与することが期待できる。
