Outline of Research at the Start

アミロイドβやタウを標的とするアルツハイマー病の疾患修飾薬が開発されているが，初期病勢を十分に反映するモニタリング法が課題である．我々は，論理的記憶の自動採点法を開発し，海馬体積との関連を確認したほか，嗅覚精密検査法も構築してきた．本研究では，①反復可能かつ個人に適した論理的記憶検査法の開発，②病勢に感度の高い嗅覚検査法の構築，③定量的脳MRIの縦断的評価を行い，エピソード記憶・嗅覚・海馬の関連を明らかにし，疾患修飾薬のモニタリング法を開発する．
