Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の概要は、①軟骨下骨BMLを有するOAモデルを確立することと、②アレンドロネート含有生体活性型セメント注入治療によってOAの病期や変形の進行予防効果を明らかにすることである。将来的にはOA治療として、各種骨代謝改善薬やドラッグデリバリーシステムを駆使して軟骨下骨BMLをターゲットにした局所治療の確立を目指したい。
