Outline of Research at the Start

動脈硬化性心血管疾患発症の残余リスクの把握を目的に血清中性脂肪（TG）濃度が測定されるが，個体内変動が大きく，病態との乖離もみられ，臨床のニーズを満たしていない．アポリポタンパク（apo）は，高比重リポタンパクや超低比重リポタンパクなどに存在する様々なタンパクの総称であり，循環血液中，各リポタンパク間で双方向に転送されるが，その転送の機序や病態との関連はほとんど未解明である．よって，本研究は各リポタンパクの間に起こるapoの転送の定量化および転送後のリポタンパクの機能への影響，さらに転送の要因を解析し，apoのクロストークが脂質代謝にどのような影響を与えるかを解明することを目的とする．
