Outline of Research at the Start	Beff細胞を用いた自己免疫性甲状腺疾患における新規検査法を開発するために、遺伝学的・細胞学的解析法を使用する。遺伝学的解析としては、1塩基多型という遺伝子変異の割合を患者および健常群において解析し、疾患との関連を解析する。細胞学的解析としては、末梢血に存在するBeff細胞サブセットの割合をフローサイトメーターで解析し、その割合の変化と疾患との関連を解析する。この双方の解析法を組み合わせることで、新規検査法の開発を目指す研究である。
