Outline of Research at the Start	血中の腫瘍由来循環DNA（ctDNA）を用いたドライバー遺伝子変異検索（Liquid biopsy）は、肺がん領域を中心に臨床応用されて久しい。しかし、Liquid biopsyの利点は、侵襲性が乏しく反復検査が可能なことであり、がんの早期発見や術後の微小残存腫瘍（MRD）検出にこそ活用が期待される。本研究では、遺伝子変異に依存しないctDNA自体の検出法を模索する。具体的には、正常細胞と腫瘍細胞で異なることがわかっているDNAメチル化について、ctDNAでの解析を行い、血中の正常細胞由来DNAと腫瘍細胞由来DNAの区別が可能であるかを検討する。
