Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、高齢者の運動習慣を改善するための認知行動療法の効果を検証するランダム化比較試験を行う。さらに、介入を受けた研究参加者の患者経験価値と身体活動量の関連を明らかにし、より良い介入の在り方を探る。また、人的資源が限られた地域において介入を実施する際の促進要因や阻害要因を特定し、現場で実行可能な形に改善した、高齢者運動習慣改善のための認知行動療法の確立を目指す。
