Outline of Research at the Start

サルコペニアは身体的フレイルの重要な構成因子であり、我々は身体指標や血液データによる筋肉量推定が診断に有用であると報告してきた。一方、むせや滑舌低下などの軽微な口腔機能低下はオーラルフレイルと呼ばれる。本研究では、舌圧値を身体指標や血液データから推定し、その有用性を歯科診療で検討する。さらに、近年注目されるnicotinamide mononucleotide(NMN)がオーラルフレイルにも有効かを検討し、舌圧推定値による治療効果判定の可能性を評価する。早期介入によるオーラルフレイル予防を目指す。
