Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、COPD患者において肺気腫を介して全身性の炎症と連動し、かつ体液中でバイオマーカーとして測定することができる生理活性脂質を同定することで、COPDの臨床において新たな意義をもった検査法を見出すことを目標とし、①肺気腫モデルマウスの組織・体液中の生理活性脂質の変動の解析②バイオマーカーとなり得る脂質の病態における役割の解明③バイオマーカーのヒト臨床検体での評価、の３つを研究する。
