Outline of Research at the Start	シェーグレン症候群（SS）は炎症マーカーCRPによる病勢評価が困難であるが、SSの活動性評価指標ESSDAIは煩雑で迅速性に欠ける。本研究では、CRPと異なる特性をもち、炎症性腸疾患に承認された新規マーカーLRGに着目する。免疫炎症性疾患データベースの予備解析では、LRGとESSDAIとの間に良い相関が見られた。本研究では追加検体による検証を行いつつ、患者血清サイトカインデータに基づく細胞刺激実験を通じて、SSのサイトカイン異常とLRG産生機序について検討する。本研究により、迅速かつ定量的なSS評価法の確立、SSへの適切な治療介入や予後改善、他の膠原病へのLRGのさらなる展開が期待できる。
