Outline of Research at the Start

Liporotein(a)[Lp(a)]は、動脈硬化と強く関連するLDLの蛋白部分にapo(a)が結合したリポ蛋白である。Lp(a)が高いと動脈硬化性疾患の発症が高くなることが知られているが、それを測定する試薬によって表示値が大きく異なることがわかっている。本研究では、国際臨床化学連合（IFCC)が承認した新しい基準測定法を用いて試薬間差が解消できるのか、世界共通の診断基準が作成できるか検討する。
