Outline of Research at the Start

左室駆出率の保たれた心不全(HFpEF)の主病態は、加齢とともに潜在性に進行する左室心筋の拡張障害（心筋の硬化）で、心不全再入院を繰り返す症例は多く、心不全を呈するまで治療介入ができていないことが問題とされる。HFpEFの診断基準は、心エコーを用い複数の検査項目からなされるが、それらは左室拡張障害、左房圧の上昇を反映しており、早期診断には適さない可能性がある。一方、心臓MRIによるT1・T2マッピングは造影剤を用いず、心筋の線維化や浮腫を鋭敏に捉え、心筋障害の程度、予後予測に有用とされる。本研究は、心臓MRI検査を用いて、HFpEFの早期の診断基準を確立することである。
