Outline of Research at the Start

「走査電子顕微鏡(走査電顕)を用いた赤血球形態観察」・「フローサイトメトリーを用いた赤血球膜band3解析」・「SDS-PAGEを用いた赤血球膜蛋白解析」・「遺伝子解析」を行い、確定診断を行う。
その後、一般診療検査で得られたデータ、自動血球分析装置・血液塗抹標本自動解析装置から得られた赤血球に関するパラメータ、血液像解析結果をまとめて、「脾臓摘出をしてはいけない症例＝有口赤血球を伴った貧血や溶血を呈する症例」の診断に有用な検査所見を分析・整理して、「脾臓摘出をしてはいけない症例」をスクリーニングできる診断アルゴリズムの確立を目指す。
