Outline of Research at the Start

臨床検査値が客観性かつ普遍性を有することは、患者がいつでもどこでも同じ質の医療を受けることに大きく貢献する。検査の標準化・調律化（ハーモナイゼーション）は、外部精度評価だけでは継続できない。
本研究は、基準測定法の正確さの伝達とトレーサビリティに加え、測定法間の互換性（コミュータビリティ）を重視した新しい標準化（Standardization Program with Emphasis on Commutability: SPEC）を確立する。例として、国内外の課題である糖尿病・脂質異常症マーカーのC-ペプチドとLp(a)の国際標準化をSPECで社会実装し、標準化継続の定期監視能力を検証する。
