Outline of Research at the Start

抗リン脂質抗体症候群（APS）は抗リン脂質抗体により血栓症や妊娠合併症を発症する自己免疫疾患である。抗リン脂質抗体には様々な抗体の存在が知られているが、APSの検査診断基準に含まれている抗体は一部であり、それ以外の抗体（非基準抗リン脂質抗体）は測定法が確立されておらず、病態への関与は不明である。本研究では各種非基準抗リン脂質抗体の測定系を確立し、その測定意義を検証する。また、抗リン脂質抗体の血栓形成促進作用について、血管内皮細胞と白血球との共培養モデルにて検討する。本研究の成果はAPSの検査診断精度の向上やAPSの病態発症メカニズムの解明につながることが期待できる。
