Outline of Research at the Start

免疫チェックポイント阻害剤による治療では、従来の化学療法薬による有害事象とは異なった免疫応答の破綻によって自己免疫疾患様の症状を引き起こす免疫関連有害事象が多く認められ、重症化や死亡例も報告されており、治療上の問題となっている。本研究では、免疫系の応答性にフォーカスして、免疫チェックポイント阻害剤による免疫関連有害事象の発症予測バイオマーカーを確立することを目的とする。
