Outline of Research at the Start

MALTリンパ腫発症には慢性炎症が関与しており、眼窩原発MALT(OA-MALT)リンパ腫も眼窩内での腫瘍微小環境、特に免疫微小環境の変化が発症に関与していると考えられるが、その詳細な解析はされていない。本研究では、詳細な免疫組織染色やフローサイトメトリー、シングルセルRNAシーケンシング、空間トランスクリプトーム解析など様々な臨床検査学的手法を駆使してOA-MALTリンパ腫病変部位を構成する細胞群を定量的かつ空間的に解析し、OA-MALTリンパ腫独自の免疫微小環境の特性を明らかにする。さらに、病変部位から直接浸潤T細胞を分離培養し、免疫学的機能解析を行い、免疫微小環境の全貌を明らかにする。
