Outline of Research at the Start

申請者らは、CD169+陽性リンパ節マクロファージが抗腫瘍免疫活性化と予後を予測するマーカーとして有用であることを報告し、特にCD169の細胞内移行が重要であることを見だした。しかしこれらの評価には手術によるリンパ節摘出を要するため、手術不可能症例では適用できない難点があった。本研究ではリンパ節マクロファージのCD169の細胞内移行と関連する液性因子を同定することで、がん免疫活性化を反映する新たな血液中バイオマーカーを見だして、簡便かつ有用ながん免疫モニタリングの開発を目標とする。
