Outline of Research at the Start	副腎白質ジストロフィー（ALD）はABCD1変異を原因とするX連鎖性疾患で、多様な臨床病型を示すが、病型を規定する因子は未解明である。本研究では、ALDの病態に関与する遺伝子群に着目し、患者171例のExomeおよび64例のWhole genomeデータを解析することで、病型別に差のある修飾因子候補を同定する。得られた候補遺伝子の機能をモデルマウスで検証し、炎症性脱髄機序の解明と個別医療への応用を目指す。
