Outline of Research at the Start	申請者研究チームは多発性硬化症患者ならびに視神経脊髄炎スペクトラム障害患者の脳脊髄液からエクソソームを含む細胞外小胞を回収して網羅的プロテオーム解析を行い、そこから見出された分子には細胞接着に関する分子が増加しており、代表的な炎症性神経疾患である両疾患において血管内皮細胞と神経細胞に接着しているアストロサイトの重要性に着目した。現在申請者らはマウス生体における特定の細胞から放出されるEVsの回収し解析する方法を確立しており、脱髄モデル、あるいは炎症モデルを作製することでアストロサイトからのEVs放出が病態にどのように関与しているかを明らかにする。
