Outline of Research at the Start

パーキンソン病では運動症状発現以前に、睡眠障害、嗅覚異常、自律神経障害などの非運動症状が発現する。これら非運動症状は運動症状の発症前に出現することが重要であり、早期診断・早期の治療介入により、より良い予後が期待出されうることにある。気分障害の既往についてもPD発症のリスクを増加させることが指摘されているが、その診断的な位置付けは必ずしも高くはない。その理由としてはどの様なうつが運動症状発症に関連するのか判っておらす、前向き検討がないことにある。ここでは、どの様なうつがPDの発症に関連するのか、PD発症高リスク群と考えられたPD群を前向きに追跡し、PDの運動症状発現を評価する。
