Outline of Research at the Start	Glymphatic systemの機能不全により異常蛋白質の排泄が低下し脳内蓄積が増加することが動物実験で示され、神経変性疾患の新たな病態として注目されている。近年、頭部MRIを用いて非侵襲的にglymphatic systemの機能を評価する方法が提案されている。本研究では拡散テンソル画像による解析および拡大血管周囲腔の評価によりαシヌクレイノパチー被験者（特に多系統萎縮症、レビー小体型認知症、特発性レム睡眠行動異常症）のglymphatic systemの機能評価を行い、病態との関連性を横断的および縦断的に検討する。
