Outline of Research at the Start

クロザピンは治療抵抗性統合失調症に強く推奨される抗精神病薬だが、日本ではその使用が少ない。クロザピン導入時に発熱と好酸球増多を伴う炎症性副作用が日本人に高頻度で生じることが一因である。本研究では、炎症性副作用を生じた患者を症例とし、生じなかった患者を対照として、遺伝子多型に関する解析を行うことで、日本人のクロザピンに対する免疫学的反応性、代謝能力に関する欧米人とは異なる遺伝学的基盤の解明を目指す。
