Outline of Research at the Start

統合失調症の認知機能障害の一つとして、メタメモリの障害が注目されている。メタメモリとは「記憶に対する気づき」のことであり、人の日常的な記憶を支える重要な要素である。しかしながら、統合失調症において詳細な検討がなされているワーキングメモリなどと異なり、統合失調症におけるその特徴やその神経基盤の研究は数少ない。触覚メタメモリに着目することにより、統合失調症におけるメタメモリ障害の神経メカニズムの解明への新たな糸口となることが期待される。また、脳構造と脳機能の多モーダルカップリング分析方法を確立した。本研究では、多モーダルMRI画像分析による、統合失調症の触覚メタメモリ障害の神経基盤の解明を目指す。
