Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、ヘモグロビン由来マリファナ様物質ヘモプレシンが社会行動に及ぼす影響とその作用機序を明らかにする。その成果は自閉スペクトラム症の中核症状である社会性障害を標的とした初めての治療薬の開発に役立つ。ヘモプレシンはニューロンが産生するヘモグロビンの分解産物で、カンナビノイド受容体の内因性リガンド、いわゆる脳内マリファナの一種である。マリファナに含まれるカンナビノイド類は、脳に作用して向社会的な行動を促進することが知られている。そこで本研究では、ヘモプレシンの① 社会行動への影響、② 社会行動を制御する神経基盤への影響、③ 社会性障害に対する改善作用についてマウスを用いて検討する。
