Outline of Research at the Start	・海外で戦争・内戦・テロなどの緊急事態（以下、海外緊急事態）発生時、同地の在留邦人は国外退避の対象となる。・海外緊急事態での国外退避は命がけで、在留邦人の心的外傷（トラウマ）体験となりうる。・退避した在留邦人には PTSD（心的外傷後ストレス症、心的外傷後ストレス障害）などの精神変調が起こりうるが、実態報告は稀少である。・メンタルヘルス上の危機に瀕している退避した在留邦人に対して、メンタルヘルスを評価し、「こころのケア」を担うシステムは発展途上である。・本研究では、海外緊急事態で退避した在留邦人において、メンタルヘルスの実態を調べるとともに、帰国後のメンタルヘルス支援プログラムの考案を目指す。
