Outline of Research at the Start

精神疾患患者の自動車運転は，法や添付文書により一律に制限されているが，彼らにとっても社会生活に不可欠な移動手段であり，公共と個人の権利を調和した運転適性判断が求められている。近年はガイドライン等により新薬および既承認薬の運転リスク評価が可能となったが，実臨床では薬剤以外の影響も受ける精神疾患患者の運転可否判断を行う必要があるが，証左に基づいた運転適性判断の臨床指標は存在しない。本研究では，精神疾患患者の運転適性判断の臨床指標を明らかにすることにより，有効なリスクコミュニケーション様式を開発することである。
