Outline of Research at the Start

サルコイドーシスの心臓病変（心サ症）は難治性で、その診断とリスク評価が重要である。
本研究は、心サ症に関する世界最大規模のレジストリであるILLUMINATE-CS研究のコホートから新たにMRIやPETなどの画像データと血液検体を収集し、①予後予測に最適なMRIとPETの画像定量指標を明らかにし、②心筋症関連遺伝子変異の存在と画像定量指標や予後との関連も明らかにすることで、より精密な心サ症の予後予測モデルを開発することを目的に行う。本研究の成果は、心サ症における個別化医療を実現する基盤となり得る。
