Outline of Research at the Start

ビスホスホネート製剤や血管新生阻害薬による薬剤関連顎骨壊死(MRONJ)は予測が困難である.本研究では,超高精細顎骨MRIと機械学習を用いてMRONJの早期診断アルゴリズムを構築する.具体的には,①MRONJ発症群・高リスク群のMRI撮像と特徴量抽出,②地域コホートからのサイレントMRONJリスク群抽出,③既存リスク因子・遺伝子・MRI特徴量を統合した機械学習による診断モデルの構築を行い,発症メカニズムの解明を目指す.
