Outline of Research at the Start

膠原病に伴う肺高血圧症（CTD-PAH）への移行の可能性が疑われた加療を始める前の患者に対し４D flow MRIと右心カテーテル検査を全例で施行する。トレッドミル負荷血管造影で得られた肺動脈圧の実測値をゴールドスタンダードとし４D flow MRIと比較し膠原病の肺高血圧症群（CTD-PAH)運動誘発性肺高血圧群（Ex-PAH）非肺高血圧群（CTDnon-PAH）の3群に有意差があるか検討する。
