| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究は、フォトン・カウンティングCTを用いた心不全の分子イメージングを目指した新規造影剤を開発することを目的としている。3年の研究期間に下記の検討課題（１）～（５）を順次、実施する。
（１） 新規造影剤の候補となる元素を生体内でも使用可能なナノ粒子として生成する
（２） 新規造影剤をk-edgeイメージング技術でCT画像として可視化する
（３） k-edgeの異なる複数の新規造影剤を弁別する（マルチカラーイメージング）
（４） 各種新規造影剤の定量性の精度と検出限界を検証と最適化
（５） 心不全モデルマウスを用いた障害心筋の可視化と定量化
