Outline of Research at the Start	1. 肝動脈塞栓術に適したガン免疫逃避機構阻害薬のスクリーニングラット肝癌細胞株と末梢血単核細胞の共培養を行い、各種がん免疫逃避機構阻害薬を加えて細胞障害アッセイや細胞増殖アッセイおよびアポトーシスアッセイを行う。 2. ラット肝癌モデルを用いた、ガン免疫逃避阻害薬+肝動脈塞栓術の有効性検証肝癌細胞株を生着させたラット肝癌モデルを作成する。動脈塞栓術後、定期的に超音波を行い、腫瘍増大速度を比較する。また、末梢血中および肝腫瘍中のリンパ球を抽出してELISPOTアッセイやレパトア解析を行い、ガン抗原特異的T細胞応答の増強が認められるかどうかを検証する。
