Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、膵組織の弾性や粘性、膵の内分泌機能や外分泌機能がERCP後膵炎に及ぼす影響を明らかにすることである。さらには、膵切除が施行された場合には、切除標本を用いて膵組織の弾性や粘性との比較検討を病理学的に試みる。本研究の最終的なゴールは、直腸内NSAIDs投与、膵管ステント留置や十二指腸乳頭へのエピネフリン噴霧などの対策を講じるべき患者を明らかにしてERCP後膵炎発症の予防に貢献することである。
