Outline of Research at the Start

血液凝固因子の欠乏により凝固能が低下する血友病では、治療として止血治療製剤を定期的に補充し、出血の予防を行なっている。近年、止血治療製 剤の飛躍的な進歩により、血友病患者の予後は大きく改善した。その反面、高血圧や心血管疾患・血栓性疾患など加齢に関連する合併症の報告が増加している。血栓性疾患を合併した血友病患者の「止血」と「抗血栓」の バランスをどう取るかは非常に難しく挑戦的なテーマである。本研究では、生体内で の「止血」療法と「抗血栓」療法の併用が包括的な凝固/線溶動態に及ぼす影響を解明する。また血友病患者における凝固/線溶動態の経年的な変化を評価し、発症時の適切な止血管理について提唱する。
