Outline of Research at the Start	近年、医療の進歩により治療できる先天代謝異常症が増え、新生児の病気を早期発見する検査も広がっています。特に、脳の機能障害を改善する治療が進んでいますが、同じ病気でも症状の重さが異なり、発症前の予後を正確に予測するのは難しいのが現状です。本研究では、脳が分泌する「エクソソーム」という微小な粒子に含まれる遺伝子の情報を解析し、病気の原因や脳の働きの異常を明らかにすることを目指します。この成果は、より効果的な治療法や支援策の開発につながると期待されます。
