Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、妊娠高血圧腎症（Preeclampsia: PE）のモデルマウスを作製し、雌雄比率が母体の血圧や尿蛋白値に及ぼす影響と、雌雄の仔における胎盤の形態変化を検討し、胎盤構成のうち母側の組織である脱落膜と雌雄の仔の胎盤におけるリガンドと受容体の発現をRNA-seqにて解析することで、胎生期における性差の分子基盤を同定する。本研究によって、胎生期の分子機構における性的二型という未解明部分を明らかにし、効果的な治療薬のないPEの新たな治療戦略を提案するための基盤を構築する。
