Outline of Research at the Start	I型Interferonopathyは希少疾病のため、未だに臨床症状や重症度、治療への反応性など疾患の多様性が十分に検証されておらず、開発が中止となった治験もある。本研究では、I型Interferonopathyの中で病態が異なるSAVI（I型IFNの過剰産生）とUSP18異常症（I型IFNシグナルの抑制的な制御が障害）などについて、臨床像と細胞機能を比較・検討する。さらに、その多様性を評価する本実験系が、将来の治療薬開発で疾患を選択する際の基準や疾患活動性評価の指標になり得るか検証する。
