Outline of Research at the Start

組織循環に基づく新たな循環管理法の確立により新生児の予後改善を目指す研究である。研究代表者は組織循環に関する研究を世界に先行して進め、「低組織血流に対する病態生理に基づいた循環管理法」を考案し、無作為化比較試験によりその有用性について報告した。本研究では、1.組織循環不全の診断精度を向上させることを目的に、先行研究で用いた末梢循環指標に、新たに開発された脳組織循環や3Dエコー計測値を加えて複合的組織循環指標を作成する、2心エコー法による病態診断法と介入方法に関して多施設との共同研究により合意形成をする、ことにより新しい管理法の確立及び普及を目指す。
